Jon Pounders is the host of Pounders Quest and the founder of NYSTV. Since 2010, he has been on a journey to explore big questions about faith, culture, and truth while encouraging people to think deeply about the world around them.

In September 2025, Jon launched Pounders Quest as a continuation of that journey—creating a space for thoughtful conversations with guests from many walks of life. While he may not always share the same views as every guest, the goal is to listen to their experiences and areas of expertise while exploring how these perspectives connect to the truth found in the Word of God.

At its core, Pounders Quest is about the adventure of seeking truth. Jon’s mission is to preach the gospel to every corner of the world and help people navigate life with a biblical worldview, grounded in a firm foundation of faith and truth.
